Check a mac address

PUT https://api.flatpeak.energy/devices

This method checks if a MAC address can be assigned to a new Device.

• Provide no parameters to the request to find if a MAC can be assigned to a new Device that is connected to any Product.

• Add the customer_id parameter to find if a MAC can be assigned to a new Device that is connected to a Product that is connected to a specific Customer.

If you provide a MAC address that you know is not yet registered with any of the Customers in your Account but still get an error, then it must be registered with another FlatPeak Account. If this happens, note the device MAC, raise an error to the user and contact FlatPeak support.
